When you place an order on our website, please use the comments section to provide us with enough information to place your order i.e. date, names, venue etc...the more info we have, the easy we can work on your artwork request.
All artwork will be sent by proof, your file will be sent to you password protected and the password will be the date of the event i.e. 01012018. On approval, the artwork will be sent to production, delivery is approx two days from approval.
Returns and cancellations:
We are delighted to confirm that all bookings affected by COV19 are guaranteed to your new arranged date, everything will remain that same.
In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a credit which can be used for the design and print of your choice when you need it, valid for 60 months from the date of purchase. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for bookings which are cancelled after 14 days of purchase.
We take every effort to unsure that your order arrives as expected, if this is not the case; we will replace any items that arrive damaged or incorrect. In the event that any product we supply is not suitable as a replacement, a refund will be issued in place of this.
